Bobby Brown jr, fiul de 28 de ani al cântăreţului american Bobby Brown, 51 de ani, a fost găsit mort miercuri, 18 noiembrie, în locuinţa sa din Los Angeles, informează site-ul revistei People. Este ultima tragedie care a lovit familia producătorului afroamerican în opt ani. Prima a fost moartea lui Whitney Houston.
Poliţia a fost chemată miercuri, în jurul orei locale 13:50, iar decesul lui Brown jr a fost confirmat la faţa locului, fără a fi anunțată cauza morții, a notat TMZ. Potrivit autorităţilor, nu există suspiciunea comiterii unei crime.

După moartea lui Bobby jr, fratele său, Landon, a împărtășit pe Instagram o fotografie alb-negru a răposatului frate, scriind în legendă ”Te iubesc pentru totdeauna, rege”.

Whitney a murit în 2012, fiica ei și a lui Bobby Brown, 3 ani mai târziu
În ultimii ani, Bobby Brown a mai trecut prin momente cumplite.
Cântăreaţa Whitney Houston, care a fost căsătorită cu Bobby până în 2007, a murit pe 11 februarie 2012. Cu o afecţiune cardiacă şi pe fondul consumului de cocaină, artista s-a înecat în cada hotelului în care se afla. A pierit la doar 48 de ani.
Trei ani mai târziu, fiica lor, Bobbi Kristina Brown, sora vitregă a lui Bobby Brown jr, a fost găsită inconştientă în cada din casa ei din Roswell (Georgia). A fost internată şi, şase luni mai târziu, a murit, la vârsta de doar 22 de ani. Autopsia a dezvăluit că ea consumase droguri. Tatăl l-a considerat răspunzător pentru ceea ce s-a întâmplat pe iubitul fetei. Nick Gordon a fost găsit responsabil într-un proces deschis în civil. În ianuarie 2020, bărbatul a murit din cauza unei supradoze de heroină.
În iulie, la cinci ani de la moartea fetei, tatăl era la fel de pierdut: ”Nu există nicio modalitate de a explica cum simt că îmi este dor de tine, mică fetiță. Rămâi în inima și în mintea mea în fiecare zi, tata te iubește”.

Brown a ridicat un adăpost pentru victimele violenței domestice: ”Familia noastră trăiește în fiecare zi cu durerea că a pierdut-o pe frumoasa mea fiică, Bobbi Kristina, din cauza violenței domestice”.
”Scopul nostru este de a ajuta la educarea femeilor și bărbaților de toate vârstele, prin crearea unei linii de intervenție în caz de criză 24 de ore pe zi. De aceea am ridicat această clădire”, explica Brown.
Bobby Brown şi managerul său, Alicia Etheridge, s-au căsătorit în 2012, iar cei doi au împreună doi băieți, de 10 și 5 ani. Cunoscut pentru hitul ”My Prerogative”, Brown a fost căsătorit cu cântăreaţa Whitney Huston între 1992 și 2006. În afara celor doi copii pe care i-a pierdut, cântăreţul mai are doi din relaţii anterioare.
