1 Fructele și legumele, bune la toate
Acestea oferă multe beneficii pentru sănătatea oricui: fibre, vtamine, minerale, grăsimi bune etc. Dar există și motive legate de menopauză pentru care trebuie sp le incluzi în hrana ta: fitoestrogenii, faptul că ajută la eliminarea constipației și transpirației excesive, dar și la ținerea sub control a greutății.
2 Mănâncă soia
Înlocuiește de 3 ori pe săptămână în meniu carnea cu soia. Adaugă brânză de soia la salate, peste o pizza sau prepară-ți tartine cu tofu, pateu sau bea un pahar cu lapte de soia pe zi. Fitoestrogenii pe care soia îi conține din belșug ameliorează multe dintre neplăcerile asociate premenopauzei și după aceea la menopauză.
