    Vezi ca Trump nu a fost nici membru al Congresului, nici ofiter, si nici membru a unei legislaturi. Nu a fost judecat pentru insurectie sau condamnat. In rest sunt de acord cu tine, le ai cu engleza.

    Dupa Razboiul Civil dintre 1861 si 1865, cand a fost facut Amendamentul, totusi exista (Juridic) O SINGURA PERSOANA care conform (strict) Amendamentului poate sa fie chiar Insurectionar sau Rebel contra SUA si sa POATA ACCEDE dupa aceea in orice functie !: Tocmai cel in Functia de Presedinte al SUA !. _Deci, Exista separat LEGI PENALE ale SUA pentru a-l JUDECA pe Trump pentru un ACT de LOVITURA de STAT. Dar in nici un caz NU poti sa-l ataci Juridic pe Trump pe baza Amendamentului!
